Free Printable Greeting Card Templates

Using double-sided printing can make your invitations appear more professional. If your printer supports automatic double-sided printing, you can print double-sided invitations by simply selecting an option in Word's Print menu. However, you can still print double-sided even if your printer does not support this feature. Word's Manually Print On Both Sides feature allows you to print one side of your invitations first before turning the paper stack over and printing the other.

Click “File,” and then select “New” to open the Available Templates menu. Select the invitation template you wish to use, and then click the “Create” button.

Add your custom text to the template, and make any necessary design changes. Ensure that your finished invitation has two pages: an inside and an outside page.

Clic “File,” and then select “Print” to open the Print menu.

Select “Settings,” and then click the “Print One Sided” button. A drop-down menu showing a list of available print modes appears. If your printer supports automatic double-sided printing, select “Print On Both Sides.” If it does not, this option does not appear, so select “Manually Print On Both Sides” instead.

Specify the number of copies you want in the Copies box, and then click the 'Print' button to begin printing. Download soal listening toeic practice test. If your printer automatically prints double-sided, simply wait for the process to complete. If you are printing manually, wait for the printer to print the first side of all copies. When prompted, remove the paper, turn it over, re-insert it into the printer's paper feed, and then click 'OK' to print the reverse side of the invitations.

Tip

• If you are using manual double-sided printing, consider printing a test copy first to ensure that both sides line up when you re-insert the paper into the printer. If they do not, check that the margins on both pages are set to the same values.
